Honored to have been commissioned to create this piece as a gift to Peter Yarrow (of Peter, Paul and Mary fame) and Operation Respect to celebrate the organization’s 20th year anniversary… and then hand-deliver to Peter at a memorably wonderful private fundraising event at his NYC home- full of positive messaging and uplifting music! I first named this “Justice” as a reminder of what these rich red and indigo hues mean to me as an American, as a human, as a Christian; additionally titled “Eternal Crusade” as recognition of and encouragement for Peter’s unwavering and untiring fight for peace, unity and kindness.
