Kimberlie’s life experiences, multiple cross-country moves, and global travels have infused her own heart with a devotion to grace, optimism, compassion, creativity, family, music, literature, humor, passion, learning, and nature. 

Throughout the years of her colorful and diverse career life, Kimberlie has crossed paths with thousands upon thousands of people from all walks of life. These experiences, nurture her creative spirit and spill over into all she creates.

Recurring themes reveal Kimberlie’s strong faith and expression of  love, her untamable imagination, unquenchable curiosity for what lies beneath the surface, fascination with old architecture, childlike sense of adventure, and infatuation with color.

The meticulous creative process is a journey of personal discovery and experimentation. Each time she pics up a spatula, Kimberlie draws from her mashup of influences: abstract expressionism and neo dada icons like Pollock and de Kooning,  wordsmith mavens like Shakespeare and CS Lewis, and visionaries of music nirvana like Zeppelin to Yo Yo Ma.
